So how has the last week been?
Excellent! I'm really pleased with how it's gone this week. No tweaking the plan or cheating or anything. I've been out for 4 runs - a total of 13.5 miles and I've come in on plan with my syns. A total of 58 for Thursday - Tuesday. I've got 47 to play with tonight to reach 105 for the week - I'm thinking of a treat meal of butternut squash bakes and potato gratin - yummers!
I'm so chuffed with how I've pulled it back this week, after my meltdown last Wednesday. I'm feeling good and inspired.

What are your feelings for weigh in?
Obviously I'd love a loss for the work I've put in this week. The scales at home aren't sure, but fingers crossed!
What are your plans for next week?
1. To keep going, especially with drinking lots of water
2. Think of some meals I'd like to try next week and get a food shop in on the weekend to make it possible
3. Do 5k at the gym Thursday and Friday
4. Do 50 mins on the cycle path at the weekend.
