Feel awesome week 3 run 1

After a long break and not being able to find my HRM. Things changed this week. I found my HRM and decided that my funk could not continue. I needed to feel better and lose the incessant appetite and the only way i know how to do that is to run.

So we went to the gym last night and knocked out a 5k on the treadmill.

Cals: 340
Average HR: 162
In the zone: 31:48

Not quick, but happy as i haven't run a 5k in a long time...but, i feel so much better.
