Well, days 13 - 15 went downhill. Didn't take me long to fall off the plan. Friday night was our fault as we were out and about doing jobs at tea time which is fatal. We ended up sharing a burger to tide us over until we went home and cooked crispy duck which was bought at the Chinese supermarket on a whim while browsing whilst hungry.
Saturday was my mum's birthday so i ate what i had cooked for her present - lasagna, carrot cake and red velvet cupcakes.
Sunday was meant to be on plan and started well with a SW breakfast but quickly descended into cake and more lasagna (we defrosted some to make up the numbers, then it wasn't eaten so needed eating or throwing out. I can't throw out good food.).
So today is back on plan to hope that the three days of eating carnage don't affect my weigh-in.

D: Butternut and sweet potato soup with grapes, kiwi fruit and a yogurt
T: fish pie (1) with a yogurt
D: tea (HEA)
